Welcome to Music Works Community EarlyBirds

All activities incorporate The ABC’s of Early Learning^®
Attention, Bonding and Communication

1. Registrations are processed in the order they are received
2. Complete and submit the Enrollment form
3. Class size: 4 – 8 students with Parent or Caregiver
4. Review the Calendar with Class Dates
   • Open Enrollment allows starting your series of sequential classes at any time
   • List three available starting dates and check the appropriate box
     • Drop In
     • Series of Five
     • Series of Ten
5. A Welcome to EarlyBirds email will update you on class availability and starting date
6. Upon confirmation of the class starting date, payment is due for the series.
   • Payment can be submitted on-line on the EarlyBird page.
   • If a class does not hold, a full refund will be issued.
   • No refunds are available after a session begins.
7. Photograph Disclosure:
   • Music Works Community has my permission to use photographs, slides, videos, of my child/family for social media, advertising and public relations purposes. Names will not be disclosed.
